Provider and service

Herbst Digital, proprietor Niklas Herbst, currently provides Savilo as a free web app for shopping lists, pantry items and recipes. There is currently one account type with access to the available features. Announced features, particularly deals and text or image recipe import, may not yet be available in production. There is no entitlement to specific features or uninterrupted availability.

Account and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use Savilo lawfully. Savilo does not collect a date of birth and is not specifically directed at children. Accounts may be suspended or removed in case of abuse or unlawful use.

Your content and sharing

You may use your own text and images only if you have the necessary rights. You retain your rights and grant Savilo the technical permission required to provide the selected features. Members of a shared list may edit its content. The owner may end sharing at any time.

Recipes, allergies and future deal information

Recipe data, nutritional values, allergy notices and any future deal information may be incomplete or incorrect. Always check ingredient lists and manufacturer information if you have allergies or intolerances. The retailer's current advertising and local store are authoritative for price, period and availability.

Termination

You can delete your account in Settings. Accounts and associated user data are also automatically deleted after one year of inactivity unless statutory duties require otherwise. Savilo may change or discontinue the service and will, where possible, inform users about material changes.

Liability and law

Statutory liability rules apply. Savilo does not guarantee shopping, recipe or deal data. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
